Open with the embarrassing scenario, then show the alternative: a calm morning email that says here is exactly what they changed last night and why it matters. The noise filtering is a real selling point too, because anyone who has tried these tools has been buried in cookie-banner false positives. This is a perfect build-in-public product because the audience is literally other founders.
