7. Billing and Refunds

For paid subscriptions:

  • All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with OpenTweet, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Contact our support team to process your refund.
  • Refunds after the 7-day period are at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
