How to save and organize tweet inspirations

The Inspiration library in OpenTweet stores all the tweets you've saved for content ideas. Tweets can be saved from the search feature, the Chrome extension, or added manually. Each saved tweet preserves the original text, author info, media, and engagement metrics.

Sources of saved inspirations

  • Search — Tweets found through OpenTweet's built-in inspiration search.
  • Chrome Extension — Tweets saved while browsing X using the extension button.
  • Manual — Tweets added manually by pasting text.

Organizing your library

Use the filter chips at the top of the Inspiration page to switch between All, Search, Bookmarked, and From Extension views. This helps you find specific saved content quickly.

Bulk actions

Select multiple tweets using the checkboxes on each card, then use the bulk action bar to:

  • Repurpose with AI — Generate original content from multiple inspirations at once.
  • Delete — Remove selected tweets from your library.

Deduplication

OpenTweet automatically prevents duplicate saves. If you try to save the same tweet twice (same tweet ID), it won't create a duplicate in your library.
