Import posts from a CSV

Drop in a spreadsheet and a prompt. The AI writes a post for each row and schedules it at the date and time in the file.

  • One post per row, written from your instructions, keeping names, links and hashtags
  • Image and video links in a row can be attached as media
  • A date column like 2027-10-21 18:26, or separate date and time columns, schedules each post
  • Rows dated in the past or without a date land in Drafts
  • Also in the REST API, the MCP server, the CLI, n8n, OpenClaw and the Telegram bot

Open Posts and click Import CSV, next to New post. Choose a file, tell the AI how to turn each row into a post, and import. Up to 500 rows at a time.

If the file has dates, OpenTweet finds the column and schedules each post at its time, in your timezone. It reads 2027-10-21 18:26, 21/10/2027 6:26 pm, Oct 21, 2027 and more, or a date column next to a time column. You can change the columns and whether dates are day first or month first before you import, and the window shows how many posts will be scheduled.

Rows without a future date become drafts, grouped under the file name, so you can review them and schedule them later. Each started block of 25 rows uses one AI generation.
