How to use AI Studio to generate tweets
AI Studio is OpenTweet's AI-powered content creation tool. It uses Claude AI models to help you brainstorm ideas, draft tweets, write threads, and refine your content through a chat interface — similar to having a writing assistant that knows Twitter.
How AI Studio works
- Open AI Studio from the sidebar.
- Start a conversation by describing what you want to post. For example: "Write a tweet about launching my new feature" or "Give me 5 tweet ideas about productivity."
- The AI generates suggestions. Click "Use as draft" on any suggestion to save it to your dashboard.
- Continue the conversation to refine, iterate, or generate more options.
Voice Learning integration
When Voice Learning is enabled, AI Studio analyzes your past tweets to understand your tone, vocabulary, and style. It then generates content that sounds like you — not generic AI. Enable it from the settings icon in the AI Studio chat. You need at least 10 posted tweets for voice analysis.
Content Pillars
Set up Content Pillars in Settings to define the topics you regularly post about (e.g., "SaaS building," "developer tools," "productivity tips"). AI Studio uses these pillars to keep generated content relevant and on-brand.
Thread generation
Ask AI Studio to "write a thread about [topic]" and it will generate a multi-tweet thread. Each tweet in the thread is kept within the character limit and structured for engagement.
Daily AI generation limits
AI generations are limited per plan: Pro plans get 10 per day, Advanced gets 50 per day, and Agency gets 150 per day. Each conversation turn counts as one generation.
