How to use the visual tweet calendar

OpenTweet's visual calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of all your scheduled content. See your entire week or month at a glance, drag tweets between time slots, and spot gaps in your posting schedule.

Accessing the calendar

Click "Calendar" in the sidebar to open the visual calendar view.

Calendar views

• Weekly view — Shows all 7 days with hourly time slots. Best for detailed daily planning.
• Monthly view — Shows the full month with tweet counts per day. Best for spotting gaps and overall consistency.

Drag and drop

Click and drag any scheduled tweet to a different time slot or day to reschedule it instantly. The new time is saved automatically.

Creating tweets from the calendar

Click on any empty time slot to open the composer pre-filled with that date and time. This makes it easy to schedule content for specific slots.

Color coding

If you have multiple X accounts connected, tweets are color-coded by account so you can easily see which content belongs to which profile.
