OpenTweet Dashboard Overview
Last updated: April 10, 2026
The OpenTweet dashboard is your central hub for managing all tweets, drafts, and scheduled content. It's organized into three main areas: sidebar navigation, the tweet composer, and the post queue.
What is the dashboard layout?
The sidebar on the left provides navigation to every feature: Dashboard, AI Studio, Calendar, Connectors, Evergreen Queue, Screenshots, Inspiration, API settings, Stats, Achievements, and Settings. On mobile, the sidebar collapses into a bottom navigation bar. The tweet composer sits at the top of the main content area. Below it, the post queue shows all your tweets organized by status.
How do I filter my posts?
Use the filter tabs above the post queue to switch views: Scheduled shows upcoming tweets waiting to publish, Drafts shows unsent work-in-progress tweets, Posted shows successfully published tweets, and Failed shows tweets that encountered errors. A search bar lets you find specific tweets by content across all views.
What quick actions are available?
Each tweet in the queue has quick action buttons: Edit (open the full editor), Post Now (publish immediately, bypassing the scheduled time), Duplicate (create a copy), and Delete. For threads, clicking a thread card opens the full thread editor showing each individual tweet in the chain.
How do I switch between X accounts?
If you have multiple X accounts connected, the account switcher appears at the top of the dashboard. Click it to select which account to view or post from. The switcher filters the post queue to show only that account's content and sets the default account for new tweets created in the composer.
