How to manage email notification preferences

OpenTweet sends optional notification emails to help you stay on track with your posting schedule. You can control exactly which types of emails you receive.

Email types

  • Daily Digest — A summary of your posting activity sent each morning. Shows tweets posted, scheduled upcoming, and streak status.
  • Milestone Emails — Celebrate achievements like posting streaks, follower milestones, and content goals.
  • Alert Emails — Important notifications like empty queue warnings, failed posts, and account connection issues.
  • Re-engagement — Gentle reminders if you haven't posted or logged in for a while.
  • Product Updates — Announcements about new features and improvements.

Managing preferences

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to Email Preferences.
  3. Toggle each email type on or off.
  4. Set your digest frequency: daily, weekly, or off.

Pausing all emails

Use the "Pause Emails" option to temporarily stop all notification emails. Set a date when emails should resume, or pause indefinitely.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it opens a preferences page where you can adjust settings or unsubscribe from all emails.
