How to manage your OpenTweet subscription

Manage your OpenTweet subscription from the Settings page. You can upgrade to a higher plan, downgrade, cancel, or update your payment information at any time.

Upgrading your plan

1. Go to Settings from the sidebar.
2. In the Subscription section, click "Upgrade" or "Change Plan."
3. Select the new plan.
4. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Canceling your subscription

1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
2. Click "Cancel Subscription."
3. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Scheduled tweets will still be posted during the remaining period.

After cancellation

When your subscription expires, you lose access to scheduling, connectors, AI Studio, and other premium features. Your data (posts, settings, inspirations) is preserved and accessible if you resubscribe later.

Billing portal

OpenTweet uses Paddle for payment processing. Click "Manage Billing" in Settings to access the Paddle portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage billing details.
