OpenTweet offers three paid plans designed for different levels of Twitter activity, plus a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. All plans include core scheduling, AI generation, connectors, and the Chrome extension.
What plans does OpenTweet offer?
OpenTweet offers three plans:
- Pro — $11.99/month (or $9.99/month annually): 20 scheduled posts/day, 10 AI generations/day, 5 connectors, 3 API keys, evergreen queue up to 10 posts, 1 X account, 5 inspiration searches/day.
- Advanced — $19.99/month (or $16.99/month annually): 100 scheduled posts/day, 50 AI generations/day, unlimited connectors, 10 API keys, unlimited evergreen queue, 3 X accounts, 20 inspiration searches/day.
- Agency — $29.99/month (or $24.99/month annually): 300 scheduled posts/day, 150 AI generations/day, unlimited connectors, 25 API keys, unlimited evergreen queue, 10 X accounts, 50 inspiration searches/day.
What is included in each plan?
All plans include: tweet scheduling and drafts, AI Studio for content generation, Chrome extension, Screenshots, Inspiration library, Evergreen Queue, RSS/API/GitHub/Stripe/SaaS connectors, MCP server access, analytics, voice learning, and achievement tracking. The differences are in quantity limits (posts per day, AI generations, connected accounts) and API access levels.
How does the free trial work?
The 7-day free trial gives full access to all Pro-level features. No credit card required to start. After 7 days, you choose a paid plan or your account enters read-only mode (existing scheduled tweets stop posting, data is preserved). Trial accounts cannot use the Evergreen Queue to prevent abuse.
How does billing work?
OpenTweet uses Paddle for payment processing. Monthly billing charges on the same calendar day each month. Annual billing charges the full year upfront and saves approximately 17% versus monthly. Upgrade and downgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription. Access the Paddle billing portal via Settings → Manage Billing to update payment info and view invoices.
